Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer with practical knowledge of electrical systems and a passion for hands-on work. In this role, you will be directly involved in process development and improvement while also providing essential support in the electrical and plumbing installations of our RVs, while also focusing on the battery and electrical systems. You will work closely with our management team to support process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Development & Improvement:

    • Collaborate with production teams to develop, standardize, and improve manufacturing processes, particularly in the electrical systems and battery integration areas.

    • Assist in testing and implementing new technologies, techniques, and tools to improve production quality.

  • Electrical Systems Support:

    • Provide hands-on support with electrical installations in RVs, including wiring, lighting, battery systems, and other electrical components.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues within the production environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

    • Assist with the integration of new electrical technologies to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our RVs.

  • Manufacturing Support:

    • Work directly on the production floor to ensure that electrical and plumbing installations are carried out accurately and efficiently.

    • Provide training and guidance to production staff on electrical and plumbing systems when necessary.

    • Support the continuous improvement of production processes by contributing to root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Practical Experience in electrical systems, with a focus on wiring, battery systems, and general electrical work.

  • Hands-On Skills: Must be comfortable working directly with electrical and plumbing systems in a manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of process development and improvement in a production setting.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • A proactive, safety-conscious mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute.

  • Entry-level to 2-3 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, or manufacturing engineering (ideal for candidates just starting their career).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

  • Familiarity with RV manufacturing or automotive industry processes.

  • Knowledge of battery and electric vehicle systems or related technologies.
