How much do your trailers weigh?
Our mobile business trailers will range from 3,750 lbs to 4,200 lbs, depending on any additions or equipment you may have add to your trailer.

How much do your trailers cost?
Base Series trailers start at $47,995 before equipment. The Pro Series coffee package starts at $65,990, including $10,995 in standard coffee equipment. Pricing varies by size, equipment and options. What is the electrical capacity of the trailer?
The electrical capacity is 11,000 watts, 50 amps, 220 volts.
Do you deliver?
We do not but clients have used a number of transport companies to get their trailers where they need to be!
Where are your trailers made?
Our offices and warehouse are based in Nashville, TN.
How long does it take to build a trailer?
The production phase of a standard build is 4 weeks. However, before production begins there is a design phase, where you will work with your Project Manager to iron out the details of your build. After that there will be internal kickoff meetings, preparation and a procurement period before entering the build phase. This time line varies based on where you are in the production line.
Do you renovate existing trailers?
Our company’s focus is on building trailers from the ground up.
Do you build for my local codes?
Our trailers are built to meet and pass most standard codes but clients are required to research their own local codes as well. Talk to one of our reps if there are any special requirements that you may need.
Do you install equipment?
We do not install equipment unless it is purchased through Aero Build.
Can I change the layout?
Aero trailers use standard model layouts with supported options. Start with a model that fits your business, then review the options available for that model.
What options are available?
Options are specific to the model you choose. Review that model’s available options before selecting your configuration.
Which model suits my business?
Start with how you will use the trailer: coffee service, retail sales, or a brand activation. Then compare standard layouts and supported options against your equipment, display, storage, and service needs.
How can I add a mobile location to an existing business?
Start with the menu or products you want to offer, the places you plan to operate, and the equipment you need. Compare those requirements with Aero’s standard models and supported options, then confirm your configuration, budget, and timing.
Do you offer financing?
Aero Build itself does not finance clients, however, we do work with several financial institutions who help start-ups get the financing they need to jump start their business. You can find those resources under “Finances” tab in the header!
